Throughout the year Master Builders schedule and deliver a series of Pre-Apprenticeship Programs. The three (3) week entry-level training program provides an introduction to both the Building and Construction Industry and the Carpentry trade prior to commencing an apprenticeship. The program is suitable for candidates from a minimum working age.
Master Builders also schedule and deliver a two (2) week Adult Apprenticeship Commencement Program for eligible candidates over twenty-one (21) years of age.
Upon successful completion of the Pre-Apprenticeship Program and Adult Apprenticeship Commencement program, participants will earn six (6) units of competency towards the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry.
The dates and locations of the programs are published on the Master Builders website.
Where Master Builders have received subsidies from the NSW Government, there will be no cost attributed to this training.
