Discover how a Sydney builder benefits when hiring an apprentice from Master Builders.

Did you know that Master Builders specialises in apprenticeship solutions to help you grow your business? Not only has Wright Construction Sydney built a quality team with new apprentice Tarsha Wayne on board, but they have saved time and money in recruitment and administration.

“As a business owner in the construction industry, It’s important for me to find employees that demonstrate motivation and a positive work ethic to build my team. Master Builders delivered that to us with Tarsha”, says Michael Wright.

When you engage Master Builders for an apprentice, the pre-screening and recruitment are all done for you. The apprentice is job-ready, along with necessary health and safety training. Our Apprentices are a valuable extra pair of hands and are keen to learn on the job. With Master Builders, both you and the apprentice will be well supported throughout the apprenticeship journey by a dedicated Field Officer.

“The amount of administration work that Master Builders takes off our hands frees up a lot of time, so we can be onsite a lot more. The fact we simply get an invoice every week from Master Builders is amazing. We do not have to worry about processing sick pay, holiday leave, superannuation entitlements, or workers’ compensation. Master Builders does it all for us. This makes it a lot easier for us to focus on the apprentices to teach them on-the-job skills and grow into quality tradespeople.” says Michael Wright.

The Master Builders team of experts is here to offer your business the following apprenticeship services:

  • Payroll and HR administration
  • Work Health and Safety Service
  • Training Plans management
  • Dedicated Field Officers for support
