Master Builders Association of NSW is proud to be delivering this unprecedented Program. We are excited to work alongside NSW Government Land and Housing Corporation and with our Training Employers to deliver apprenticeship commencement and completion success stories during the 3-year Program. This is an amazing opportunity to create a legacy for our industry.

Because this Program is so generous and provides unparalleled levels of incentive, the terms and conditions for engagement are stringent and will be strictly applied.

This Program applies to new apprentices commencing an apprenticeship.

There is a maximum of two apprentices/trainees per Training Employer.

Program funding per apprentice is capped at $9,000 (incl. GST) per quarter, for a maximum of three years ($36,000 per year incl. GST). This incentive is applied to the base hours, also referred to as normal or ordinary hours of work. The reduced invoice rate can only be claimed for the base hours worked per week – up to 38 hours.

If you are not commencing a new apprentice in the Program during the initial intake period of February to December 2021,
you will receive the incentive based on the remaining incentive
for your apprentice.
