We want more women to benefit from the employment opportunities that our industry has to offer.

Research from UNSW states that Australia could boost its economic growth by $26 billion over the next 10 years, by improving the participation rate of women in the workforce, particularly in construction.

At Master Builders Association, we value and encourage the best labourers regardless of their gender, by providing the right tools and information to support them on their journey.

Read more about Women in Trades and learn about some of our female apprentices and their stories working in construction.
